After the inspection has passed code you can insulate the side walls
Then sheetrock gets put up on the ceiling first then the walls
Insulation is blown into the attic

Stain and polyurethane the woodwork, make sure it is done away from any construction dust
After the sheetrock is taped and sanded smooth, primer paint is put on
Ceiling and walls are painted

After the painting is finished, the doors are hung
Flooring is put done and woodwork is put on

Cabinets are brought in and
Carpet is installed last
