Roundhouse Kick
Pick the left leg up into the coil position for round snap kick. Slowly extend the leg into the kicking position. Swing the hipps around in a circular motion and simultaneously snap the knee towards the target in the center of the body. Durning this movement, make an effort to keep the kicking leg parallel to the floor rather than arcing up at an extreme angle. Hold for three seconds at maximum extension and slowly recoil to the coil position.
