Reverence for life

  2. Taking only what is freely given. To end craving, share resources with those in need and it is about seeing our deep connection with the earth. When we exploit and harm our environment, we hurt ourselves, descendents, and other species.
  3. True Love

  4. The original desire of love starts as an infant when we depend on someone for love, comfort and food. We can love people from a place of understanding and compassion, not just out of need.
  5. Four Elements of True Love

    Deep Listening and Loving Speech

  6. Practice on your own by listening to yourself in your meditation. Follow your breath and practice concentration. When you practice compassionate listening, it is important to listen with only one purpose, to help the pther person suffer less. Letting go of anger and fear.

    "I am here for you" "I know you are there and I am grateful"
    "I know you suffer and I am here for you" "I am suffering and I want you to know. I'm doing my best. Please help me"
