Welcome to the Bear Paw Resort! We are located in beautiful Ely, Minnesota. Our resort has a total of 5 cabins, ranging in size from a cozy 1 bedroom up to our largest 5 bedroom. We have 700 feet of shore line, with a great sandy beach! We are located on Big Bay Lake, which is 4000 acres, boasting several spots up to 40 feet deep. Our lake has some of the best fishing around. To date walleye, northern, sunnies, crappies,bass and the occassional muskie have been caught. You can buy your fishing license, along with bait, gas, and many other goodies in our store.
