Living Trusts, Wills and Probate

A Living (Inter Vivos) Trust is an estate planning device helpful to many clients.

For other clients, executing a Last Will and Testament is the better estate planning device. When death inevitably occurs, the decedent's intentions, as expressed in the Will, are carried out through the probate process.

A Living Will, also known as a Health Care Declaration, documents your wishes in the event of a terminal illness or persistent unconsciousness and when you are no longer capable of participating in your medical care decisions.

None of us lives forever. Let us help you plan your estate so that your loved ones will be provided for when you are called.
