Fitify Kettlebells

Fitify offers an array of different apps for different methods of exercise. Their kettlebell app allows the user to choose how long they would like each session to last. The user is also able to select a particular muscle group (upper body, lower body, core, shoulders & back, and full body). The app compiles a workout for the user, which varies partially based on user feedback. The user gets a prompt at the end of each workout which asks for a rating for the workout whether it was too hard, too easy, or just right. Then, the app adjusts the difficulty of its workouts accordingly.

BeStronger Kettlebell workout

BeStronger's kettlebell workout app pulls from a library of kettlebell movements and exercises to compile workouts. Using their library, BeStronger has put together a selection of workouts that target specific muscle groups or focus on full body exercises. This app also allows the user to arrange and save their own workouts and come back to them later. BeStronger's app will also keep track of some of the user's vital statistics such as body weight, days exercised, and calories burned. Additionally, it uses a levelled and ranked approach based on the use of the app.

Nike Training Club

Nike Training Club is a little different from the other apps listed here. Nike Training Club uses a variety of equipment and techniques, however kettlebells are included and on the ascendency. If you are looking for a more diverse set of workouts which occasionally incorporate kettlebell training, this might be the right app for you. However, typically a lot more equipment than only a kettlebell will be needed to really take advantage of the workouts utilizing the kettlebell. Unless you are in a gym or own a lot of equipment, it might not be practical to use this one.
