They dig the basement
Then the cement work gets done, concrete is poured or blocks are laid
After a few days the dirt is backfilled up against the foundation

Now the framing contractor comes
They frame up the floor system

The framing contractor will frame up the walls
Put up the rafters and sheet everything
Tyvak gets stapled on the plywood

The roof is shingled
Now the cement contractor can pour the basement floor

The next step is to call the plumbing contractor
Then as they are finishing up the rough in work, The Electrical Contractor can start
They start pulling wires and walk through the house with you to figure out where you want any outlets
