WHAT IS IAAP: The International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) is a nonprofit organization of office professionals. It has over 600 Chapters and 40,000 members worldwide. IAAP started in 1942 in Kansas City, MO. The purpose of the organization is to provide education, training and set standards of excellence that is recognized by the business community all over the world.

To inspire and equip all administrative professionals to attain excellence.
