There are also premeasured seasonings for sausages as well. You can also go to a local butcher shop and purcase the seasongs as well.   2. Measure spices
  3. Measure water,if needed
  4. Mix all together until uniform
  5. Stuff and tie the casing
  6. Place in smoker or oven to cook
