Raspberry Sorbet
1/4 cup plus 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
3-3/4 cups unsweetened raspberries
2-1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
In a blender or food peocessor, combine all ingredients cover and process until smooth.
Pour into 6 desert dishes. Cover and freeze for 1 hour or until set. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Serves 6
